Why Join the Chamber?
Joining the Chamber of Commerce is an investment in the success of your business and the Hamilton business economy.
Founded in 1858, the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce & Visitors’ Center is Hamilton’s nonprofit advocate for local business. The Chamber is where newcomers and visitors of Hamilton stop first. Let your business be the place we refer to all inquirers.
The Chamber works closely with the Economic Development Corporation and City of Hamilton to improve the financial standing of the community by working with local business and industry.
Chamber membership is also about exposure. Receive exposure through member only references, directories, relocation packets, business spotlights in local, regional and state media, advertisements and exclusive sponsorship opportunities.
What Can The Chamber Do For You?
A chamber of commerce is designed to stimulate commerce by encouraging the exchange of goods and services to create a growing economy.
The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce does this by working with the Hamilton Economic Development Corporation and the City of Hamilton to improve the financial standing of the community by working with business and industry.
The chamber also provides referrals to people who are new to the city or town. The Chamber is involved in promoting the City of Hamilton and local events through local, regional and state media channels to bring tourists and trade dollars to Hamilton.
We promote positive business and consumer relationships as well as sponsor ribbon-cuttings for new businesses, education and entertaining programs.
